Terms of Use
Virtual Health Education is an online education environment designed to deliver education
materials to users online, gauge user knowledge of the topic and inform relevant parties
of the outcomes.
Delivery of Service
You must arrange and pay all telecommunication and internet services required to receive Virtual Health Education
including, without limitation, services provided by internet service providers
and dedicated online systems providers.
We are not responsible for claims, expenses, losses, damages or costs made against or incurred
or suffered by you directly or indirectly (including without limitation, lost costs, profits and
data) arising out of those telecommunication and internet services (including without limitation
, use or misuse of them or any failure of them).
You acknowledge that to use Virtual Health Education fully you must supply your own computer hardware
and software (except software included in ‘Licensed Material’), and maintain that hardware and software
in good working order.
Fees and Renewals
The ‘Licensee’ shall pay the ‘Fee’ and where applicable the Renewal Fee. The Fee is payable
in advance unless otherwise indicated by the ‘Licensor’. The ‘Renewal Fee’ shall apply to
such further ‘Term’ as notified to the ‘Licensee’ by the ‘Licensor’. The ‘Licence’ is contingent
upon and shall not come into operation until payment of the ‘Fee’ and subsequently any ‘Renewal
Fee’ hereafter.
The ‘Fee’ and any ‘Renewal Fee’ payable by the ‘Licensee’ shall be inclusive of GST but is exclusive
of all other taxes, duties and charges imposed or levied in Australia or overseas imposed on or
in connection with the ‘Licence’ including the supply and installation of the ‘Licensed Material’.
Without limiting the foregoing, the ‘Licensee’ shall be liable for all existing and new taxes, duties
or charges imposed on or in connection with the ‘Licence’ or any supplies made under or in connection
with this agreement and the ‘Renewal Fee’, shall be increased to reflect any such taxes duties or charges
imposed.
The ‘Licensor’ may at any time, and from time to time, during the ‘Term’ or any ‘Further Term’ vary
the ‘Renewal Fee’ as appropriate under this clause 6 by giving the ‘Licensee’ written notice of such
variation.
Refund Policy
Virtual Health Education offers a 30 day money back guarantee from purchase date on using its service. If for what
ever reason you are not happy with the learning modules or its delivery system you can notify
Virtual Health Education via email with your username and brief description on what your issue was.
Refunds can be credited back into your credit card account within five days of notification.

Centre, its suppliers and licensees make no warranty regarding the results obtained from its use. Nor can

VIRTUAL MEDICAL CENTRE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY MATERIALS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE
VIRUS-FREE. IF YOU DOWNLOAD EXECUTABLE PROGRAMS FROM THE SERVICE, THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND
PERFORMANCE OF SUCH PROGRAMS IS ASSUMED BY YOU.
